INDIVIDUAL/PRIVATE SESSION A private yoga session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice, or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one-on-one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way. Private Yoga is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private lessons provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs. Private Yoga can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance.

Private yoga classes can also give the student time to learn about yoga philosophy or other aspects of interest, such as meditation and breathing practices.
2023 RATES- Zoom Private: $55 1hr IN Studio session: $60 1hr TRAVEL up to 15miles $75 1hr
Small Group Sessions- IN Studio: $12 per person/ $60min. Travel to you: $15per person/ $70min.

HOW DOES IT WORK? An open floor room is required where employees/ Students/ teams can attend a yoga class. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Students can bring their own yoga mats. Corporate yoga sessions can be scheduled before work, at lunchtime, late afternoon, or after work. Classes are usually one hour and meet one to two times per week, and the duration of sessions are flexible.
